FW: mp3Player and videoPLayer

Mickey Hariparsad

Hi, hope someone can help. I am running version 1.5.1.1. The mp3Player and
videoPlayer just stall. I have uploaded and mp3 and flv file to a directory
I created in the repository. The URL for the video or mp3 was taken from
the resource link. I edited the content holder and user TEXT MODE to make
sure no HTML was in the macro URL and pasted the URL from the copied
resource URL. Attached is the uploaded file. Following is the syntax that
was used:
#mp3PlayerButton('http://localhost/home/test.mp3')
if you look at teh documentation for the macro you will notice that it
takes a dotCMS path and not a URL.

http://dotcms.org/documentation/tips_tricks.dot#mp3PlayerButton

So I think maybe

#mp3PlayerButton('/home/test.mp3') will work for ya

RE: FW: mp3Player and videoPLayer

Mickey Hariparsad
Thanks,

Yep I noted that. Was playing around with the path. Tried the resource path
in dotCMS as well. It still does the same thing.
