PullContent Bug

ahmettok@ymail.com
Hi all

Here is the code below to pull news. Lets say there is already a published news item and you goto edit write a note that you want it to be unpublished. and save and assign to CMS Administrator. Then CMS Admin see that you want it to be unpublished he just clicks the archive button and guess what? it is still over there. i checked it with datababase and i see that Live column is false. Even i add live:true to lucune query, it doesnt matter it keeps showing the news. I guess this might be a bug of pullcontent macro. it doesnt care lucene query live:true. Strangely when i write live:false it pulls also.
Any idea?

Thanks

Ahmet TOK

#pullContent('type:content +structureInode:2601 +live:true + deleted:false' '100' 'text1')

#foreach($news in $list)
 $news.headline
#end

Hi Ahmet,

Try clearing caches from the CMS Admin portlet and from your browser after
inserting the +live:true.  Seems like you are doing everything right in your
pull.

Ahmet:

Is there a space between your + and deleted:false?  If so, try getting rid
of it, e.g. +deleted:false

 #pullContent('type:content +structureInode:2601 +live:true +deleted:false'
'100' 'text1')

Just a thought ...
